Please could anyone wishing to attend the nets please complete the attached emergency contact details and send back to me asap at andrewberry164@btinternet.com.

It would be very helpful if you could send the document before the start of the nets. If you print your name and send back there is no need for a signature.

Traditionally the registration area in Savage Hall causes bottlenecks and we will be putting in place some covid restrictions to look after the health of the volunteers doing the registration, so please be patient with us if there are some delays.

Please also be aware that we may use the exit at the back of the hall at the end of a session for people to leave – we are checking that with RGS.

The U15 age group has the opportunity to do senior indoor nets at Kings School Worcester from Tuesday, 25th Jan from 8pm to 10pm. Please contact your age group manager for more details.

The players do not need to wear whites for indoor cricket, they are welcome to wear sports clothes (particularly cricket stuff) but please no football shirts!!!

We will be using pink balls as much as possible as these are now the standard for the coming junior season, so if you child has a pink ball please can they bring it along to use.

Please can players bring their own drinks, preferably water, and a mask just in case.

Parents are able to stand and watch from the gallery however given the covid situation it would be recommended to wear a mask if close to other people. We would prefer if only one parent stayed to watch their child to reduce crowding. We will open the fire doors to allow a flow through of air in the main hall as much as possible.

Any questions please feel free to ask.

Kind Regards

Andy & Tia
